Do Not Reply – All Time Low
I have written a couple of times that you should never send an email and ask the recipient to not respond to it. (#8 on Ian Landman’s 10 Rules of Customer Support).
But it still happens all the time….
Today, I got an email that took it to a new low:
First, I was told to not reply. Of course. Why would I reply to the unsolicited email you just sent me?
Then I am given another email address I can email about great customer service. Of course…why not?
